The service
DQM Trade Quote, operated by DQM Construction, helps UK trades price work, send quotes, plan programmes and collect payments from their own customers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must be 18 or over and using the app for your trade or business. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and make sure the business and customer information you enter is accurate and that you are entitled to hold it. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Free use and Pro
A free account includes one complete job with every feature switched on, and three quotes a month afterwards. Pro is £19.99 per month including VAT, billed monthly, and can be cancelled at any time — you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for a month already started. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
Payments from your customers
When you take a deposit or stage payment, the money goes from your customer to your own Stripe account and then to your bank. DQM Trade Quote never holds your customers' money. The contract for the building work, its quality and any refund is between you and your customer, not with us.
Pricing help is assistance, not advice
Guide rates, AI suggestions and live supplier prices are there to help you price faster. Every figure remains yours to check and change, and you are responsible for the quotes you send and the prices you agree. We do not guarantee that a suggested rate, material price or availability is current or correct.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, upload content you do not have the right to use, attempt to break its security, or create extra accounts to get around the free tier. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or lost work, and our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you like. We may end an account that breaches these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
